A Revolution
Do you want to live the status quo life or be a part of the revolution that started 2000 years ago? The reality is that as we get older the revolution in us can start to die. It is easy to go with the flow rather than swim upstream. If you are part of the younger generations, you like the idea of revolution and you at least want to watch it if not be a part of it. That is what I’m talking about!
What if I told you I know a place where healings were taking place at a phenomenal rate? What if that place was also known for setting you free from the “stuff” in your life that you want to get away from! What if that place was so filled with God that people were falling in love with Jesus so deep, that it translates to the way they live their lives and interact with people? They aren’t the same. Would you want to go?
There are 3 types of people; the scoffers, the watchers and the doers. Revolution is reserved for the doers. We want to be in on it – doing the stuff! Watching is nice, but doing – experiencing – is much better! Which are you?
Jesus came into this world to start a revolution! It may not be the revolution you think either. Jesus upset the status quo, he constantly fought against the religion of the day because it had skewed the view of His Father, and He constantly taught and demonstrated that you are supposed to do “the stuff” and not just talk about it. Living with God meant that everything was possible and you didn’t live a “normal” life. It was a life of revolt and revelation – it was a life of a revolutionary.
So the question is, do you want to live your life in a radical and dangerous manner? Or do you want to be safe and bring in your paycheck and buy your stuff and live a nice life? Do you want to be a part of something beyond you? Do you want your dreams and destiny to be something you cannot attain except by the hand of God?! If you answered yes – come and join us – fellow revolutionaries. Or stay where God has planted you, and bring others to the revolutionary mindset!
